WIPE was founded by a group of people led- Mutesi Deborah Christine in 2016, with the aim of empowering women in rural areas of Busoga sub region in order to promote social – economic self-reliance through promotion of Saving, Skills training and Sensitization. Its a fully registered Non Based Organization (NGO) registered under Reg No.INDP00457INB
The organization has qualified staff including both permanent and contract staff.
Two financial advisors, one facilitator, three community-based trainers, one project coordinator and an administrative assistant.
Then we have contractual skills consultants who are hired every after four months
